Trips to Europe, Roman sculpture, the Louvre, Rodin, Michelangelo and countless other inspiring things have influenced me as an artist. My name is Lisa Svircic and I'm exploring direct stone sculpting as a means of expression. Although my formal training is in painting and drawing, I've found sculpting to be a wonderful challenge which makes my artisic life more complete. I am self taught as a stone sculptor and am looking forward to sharing my work and creative process with you.
